2009 Halo brute chieftain? Need help identifying it

My son age 6 received a Halo toy from his dad in Florida.

He took it to the YMCA to play with it and two kids ripped it apart.

I can describe it to you and was hoping you may help me locate a picture and or a price on it.

He is all grey with some tan fur in front He has a grey gotee and a grey mohawk.

If you are looking at him his right upper arm has a gold shield on it. He has no helmet. He also carries a large club that's odd looking and has a blue squiggly line on the top of it.

He has a band around his neck (it hangs on him) it is black with silver medallions on it. The bottom of the foot reads Microsoft 2009 and I think (it's hard to see) 1 1200?

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
