Which Are Your Favourite Movie Action Figures?
McFarlanes have been recreating your favorite heroes, villians and monsters from movies since 1995 including classics such as The Godfather, Jaws, Rocky, The Terminator and Robocop as well as more modern movies such as The Matrix, Aliens vs Predator, The Simpsons and Beowulf. McFarlane Toys have gained an international following in the adults collectible market because of the minute attention to detail they take in sculpting their figures.
But Todd McFarlane CEO and Founder of the company also has a reputation for the grotesque and macabre including such titles as Tortured Souls and Twisted Fairy Tales, both of which have become classic and highly sought after lines of action figures that aren't for the faint hearted. Other popular characters and themes that he has tackled include The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday 13th and Halloween as well as classic horrors such as Dracula, The Mummy, The Werewolve and Frakensrien, not forgetting his classic take on the Wizard of Oz which turned this classic tale upside down and is now being turned into a feature length movie. Each action is meticuosly sculpted and painted with the finest detail by some of the industries top artist to bring these moments of cinematic history frozen in time for you. But don't take my word for it, take a look around... but be warned... Some of these figures are truly grotesque and warped, you could even say Twisted ;-)
