A Tribute To Bobby HullOne of the greatest players in franchise history, Bobby Hull, is to be honoured by the Phoenix Coyotes and McFarlanes in 2008. Bobby Hull became a hockey legend after playing 15 dominant season with The Chicago Blackhawks before venturing out to join the Winnipeg Jets were he played until the Jets joined the NHL in 1979.
The Jets later moved to Phoenix in 1996 and became the Phoenix Coyotes but they have always embraced their roots as the former Winnipeg Jets. In a fitting tribute to Bobby Hull, nearly 20 years after retiring his number 19 jersey, the Coyotes will be giving away 16,000 three inch Bobby Hull exclusive stadium figures on Feb 19, 2008 when they will be hosting a game with the Chicago Blackhawks.
