HELPING YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR FIGURE(S)!

somethings wrong with this thing

Ok i'm sure you've heard of square enix's playart toy line.

Well awhile back i bought one of their figures from the Final Fantasy 8 line, Squall Lionheart, which has 20 points of articulation that i can see.

However the figure I'm referring to I recently took a closer look at, only to find this version of Squall is missing 4 of them.

Now I'm looking everywhere to find a value. I'm a basic collector and this is the first I've ever come across something like this.

thanks very much

Hi TFB, it seems unlikely that this would increase the value by any significant amount and in fact may even lower it's value!

It really depends on it's condition and who's buying it. For example most collectors are looking for Mint On the Card (MOC) figures not loose figures, and fans who want the figures to display or play with may not like the fact that the figure has some points of articulation missing.

That said it also depends on it's rarity and how difficult it is for collectors to get hold of.
